When Can I Cancel My Order?
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.
- If your order has already been shipped, you can initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Cancellation Refunds:

Exceptions:
- Personalized or customized products are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Special orders or pre-orders may have a restocking fee or cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of order.
